Rain of Shine, no actual bathing required... Distance covered is less than a mile. Participants need not be ultra-fit but should be able to walk comfortably on uneven trail terrain. Wear comfortable clothing/walking shoes. you may want to bring bug spray, water and rain gear (as needed)
A full refund will be issued for any program, activity, or reservation that is cancelled for any reason by the Town of Davidson Parks & Recreation Department.
A participant wishing to withdraw from a camp/program must request in writing or via e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org at least seven (7) full days before the scheduled start date. The participant will receive a full refund minus a $10 administrative fee.
A participant wishing to withdraw less than seven (7) full days from the start of a camp/program will be refunded 50% and incur a $10 administrative fee and any supplies cost associated with the camp/program.
A participant who wishes to withdraw after a camp/program begins will NOT be issued a refund or prorated for any missed days.
Medical/Hardship Withdrawal – A participant may request a withdrawal due to an unforeseen medical or hardship condition. The request must be made in writing. The participant may receive a full or prorated refund or household credit based on a case by case review.
Cancellations due to weather – Every effort will be made to extend the class/program to honor the original number of sessions. In the case that an extension is not possible, refunds in the form of household credits will be made at the end of the session.
